The safety of our guests and employees is our priority at Salon Dulay. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation carefully and will periodically update safety protocols based on current recommendations from the state of Florida and the CDC.

If needing to book an appointment, please call or email us.
If wanting to only purchase products, please call ahead and we will prepare your order and bring it to your car.
Only guests receiving services will be allowed to enter the building—no friends or family please. One adult may be allowed to accompany a child receiving a service.
All guests and employees will be required to have their temperature taken.
Our team will be greeting you with a wave, please no hugs or handshakes.
All guests will be required to wear a face covering during their service. We will be providing disposable ones to guests if they do not want to get theirs dirty during their service.
Employees will also be wearing masks while in the salon.
We provide hand sanitizer throughout the salon.
There are dividers in between each shampoo bowl so guests do not have contact with each other.
We will be cleaning the bathroom, front desk, tools, chairs and stations with hospital-grade disinfectant in between each guest.
We will only be offering single serve items like water bottles and granola bars for refreshments.
Please bring your own reading material as we will no longer keep magazines in the salon.
We perform hand massages during your shampoo service with gloves.
We will be happy to reschedule your service if you are sick, have come in contact with a COVID patient or have been ordered to quarantine.
