To secure your date, a signed contract is required with a 50% deposit due at signing. The deposit is nonrefundable, and will be used as payment towards your services on the day of your event. Please be advised that dates and times will only be reserved once a signed contract and deposit are received. Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express are all accepted forms of payment.


20% gratuity automatically added to services for your convenience. The remaining 50% payment is due 7 days prior to the day of your event. Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express are all accepted forms of payment. In the event that you should need or want to add services in addition to those specified in your contract on the day of your event, our artists are able to accept your payment upon completion of those services.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We will work to guarantee that you and all members of your party feel beautiful the day of your event. Services will be completed to the client’s satisfaction, and will not exceed the time allowed. If you or members of your party are unsatisfied, please communicate this directly to the artist prior to the artist leaving your location. Otherwise, you acknowledge that all services were completed to your satisfaction. In order to be more efficient, a trial is highly recommended for brides.


All tools and products are kept sanitary and sanitized between services. Any skin condition or allergy should be reported by the client and by any/all members of their party to the artist prior to application of any skin or hair products. Client(s), including the below signed and members of their party listed, upon signing this document, agree to release Salon Dulay Weddings, Salon Dulay, LLC and its contracted employees from liability for allergic reaction, known or unknown, or other injury incurred during the services rendered. Please remember, the artist must use several tools, including but not limited to hot styling tools in excess of 350 degrees fahrenheit, styling products, skin care, scissors, tweezers, etc. to complete his/her services. These tools may irritate or injure if not used properly – for this reason, children are not recommended to be present in the work area where services are being rendered, and supervision is required during any services performed on members of your party under the age of 9. Furthermore, only our artists may handle any and all tools or products used during the service(s).

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things may happen that require you to cancel your services with us. We ask that all cancellations be made 30 days before your event, if possible. You will not be responsible for any additional payment beyond your initial, nonrefundable deposit. In the unfortunate event that the artist that performed any trial services must cancel due to illness, injury or other acts of god, a suitable replacement will be provided.
